Tetr reimagines business education through action—where students build eight ventures across eight countries as part of their degree. The challenge was to translate this unconventional model into a clear, defensible brand philosophy.
The identity system is built on modular blocks, reflecting Tetr’s academic structure—individual experiences that come together to form a cohesive whole. Each market, venture, and outcome adds a new layer to the student journey. Simple as standalone units, but powerful in combination.
By centering the brand around execution over evaluation, the design establishes Tetr not just as a B-school, but as a school of experience—one that truly means business.

The name itself gave us the creative solution. Tetr is inspired by Tetris: a game of distinct parts combining to create a coherent whole. That logic reflected the structure of the institution itself, where students move through ventures, markets, and geographies, assembling their education through lived experience rather than linear instruction.
