Apply Once was created to simplify the complex journey of international university admissions by bringing students, institutions, counsellors, and agents into a single connected ecosystem. The challenge was to build a brand that could inspire trust and clarity in a category often fragmented by inconsistent guidance, overwhelming choices, and a lack of transparency.

My role focused on designing the logo and developing the visual identity system that reflected simplicity, credibility, and accessibility. The identity was crafted to communicate a seamless, guided experience while supporting the platform’s ambition of becoming a trusted partner throughout the admissions journey. The system was further extended across digital products, marketing collateral, and various brand touchpoints, creating a cohesive and scalable brand experience across the ecosystem.
