Apply Once & Veri Once

Apply Once is a one-stop platform designed to streamline the international university admissions journey by bringing students, institutions, counsellors, and agents into a single ecosystem.

The challenge was the increasingly fragmented and stressful process of studying abroad—driven by informal counselling, unreliable consultants, and an overwhelming number of choices. Students often struggle to evaluate key factors like test scores, country fit, budget, course value, and employability, leading to misinformed decisions. At the same time, institutions and agents lack a unified, credible system to connect and operate efficiently.

The solution was to simplify and centralise the entire journey—from discovery and application to acceptance and visa—creating a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy experience for all stakeholders.
