HROne is an HRMS platform designed to simplify over 150 HR processes, enabling organizations to build more meaningful workplaces. Tasked with repositioning the brand for mid and enterprise markets, we crafted an identity that moves beyond functional benefits to emotional relevance.
Our approach focused on humanizing HR shifting the narrative from repetitive administration to purpose-driven impact. Inspired by the Black Buck, the identity reflects agility, resilience, and community, mirroring the evolving role of HR professionals. Through a refined visual and verbal language, we created a distinctive, culturally rooted brand system that resonates with decision-makers while reinforcing HROne’s mission to empower HR teams.
