Raipur has long been dominated by a handful of large hospital brands, each competing on infrastructure and clinical scale. In this landscape, Kanha Children’s Hospital had carved out its own trusted space over 15 years becoming the city’s most dependable name in neonatal and pediatric care by families across every social stratum. But the promoters wanted to go further with a vision to expand from a single-specialty pediatric centre into a 350-bedded multi-specialty hospital with diagnostics and wellness services.

The Journey from Kanha to ITSA
 The name 'Kanha' was too narrow to stretch into a multi-specialty future, yet discarding it outright risked alienating the very families who trusted it most. Hence, the new master brand, ITSA, was born. Derived from the word 'Chikitsa' meaning “healing,” the new parent identity, ITSA, became the umbrella brand, housing the multi-specialty hospital, while the paediatric wing retained the Kanha name and extended its offerings.
