Softouch

Softouch is a fabric conditioner range designed around the idea of long-lasting fragrance and fabric care.

The packaging system was created to bring consistency across multiple variants while clearly expressing each product’s unique fragrance. The challenge was to build a flexible visual language that could scale across SKUs without losing recognition. This was solved through a structured system where colour, fragrance cues, and fluid forms differentiate variants while maintaining a cohesive master brand.

The design draws inspiration from the sensorial experience of softness and freshness—translating it into flowing water and fabric-like waves that wrap around the pack. These fluid forms visually communicate the interaction between water, cloth, and fragrance, reinforcing the product’s promise of softness and long-lasting freshness through a unified and expressive packaging system.
